New Horizon Web Development started in 2009 when founders Justin Essary and Michael Bartlett decided that the Grand Strand area needed a local web design company. Justin Essary is one of the founders of New Horizon Web Development. He is currently attending Coastal Carolina University and will be
graduating in December 2009. Although Justin is currently a student, he has been programming for over 4 years and is highly skilled in
web development. When Justin is not working he spends his time surfing or with family and friends. Justin is easy-going and

Michael Bartlett is one of the founders of New Horizon Web Development. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2007 and is currently
working on his second degree. He has been programming for 4 years and is exceptionally skilled in web development and Java programming. If Michael
isn't working then you can find him surfing or on the golf course. Michael is dedicated to client statisfaction and looks forward to hearing from
