New Horizon Web Development started in 2009 when founders Justin Essary and Michael Bartlett decided that the Grand Strand area needed a local web design company. Justin Essary is one of the founders of New Horizon Web Development. Justin graduated from Coastal Carolina University in December of 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Business Marketing Minor. Justin has over 5 years of programming experience. When Justin is not working he spends his time surfing or with family and friends. Justin is easy-going and highly devoted on making each client 100% satisfied.


Michael Bartlett is a Co-Founder of New Horizon Web Development. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University in Decemeber of 2010 and has degrees in Information Systems and Political Science with minors in Business Management and Computer Science. He has been programming for 4 years and is exceptionally skilled in web development and Java programming. If Michael isn't working then you can find him surfing or snowboarding. Michael is dedicated to client satisfaction and looks forward to hearing from you!
